VAT Exemption

All of our products can be VAT Zero rated if the intended user at the time of purchase is infirm or disabled.

How? To enable us to exempt your transaction for VAT you are required by law to complete a VAT exemption form download here. This is completed with the name and address of the intended user of the product with a brief statement of their ailments. You can email, fax or post the completed forms(s) to us. One VAT form must be supplied for each product purchased.

Who? The intended user must be disabled or infirm to receive VAT exemption. The payment may be from a guardian, custodian or other entity but the item must be purchased for the intended use of the nominated person. If you are a carer / retailer or care facility you may also exempt the VAT if you are purchasing the items for an individuals use.

Each of our products has unique registered design features for the benefit of the infirm or disabled for use in their own home environment or the healthcare environment. This facilitates the Exemption position on our products
